NSA case. Larry Klayman was representing Charles Strange, father of slain Seal Team Six member Michael Strange.Submitted by ptpete25 on Tue, 12/17/2013 - 19:54
This case is even bigger than I thought.
A federal judge has given a ruling in favor of attorney Larry Klayman, ruling the dragnet spying of the NSA unconstitutional. Larry Klayman is a contributor at www.wnd.com. This was a case where Verizon was the defendant. More cases against the other media providers have already been filed by Klayman.
Klayman claims that shortly after filing the lawsuit, he began being electronically harassed. Likely from the government. This is expected from anyone with half a brain.
Please go to the article for the more complete story but, basically, a Federal judge has determined WHAT WE ALL KNOW: "...that the National Security Agency program which collects information on nearly all telephone calls made to, from or within the United States is likely to be unconstitutional."
As the article itself says:
"But it's what's contained within the ruling that ought to lead to immediate criminal sanction against the NSA, particularly against Mr. Clapper who we now know lied to Congress when questioned about these programs.
Need I say more?
The fantastical Federal Reserve at work. How long before institutions are sending MUTT back to the Federal Reserve due to mass flaw of the newly and ridiculously funded $100 dollar bill?
The Series date is 2009. How can this be a new issue when it's series was created four years past?
This shows how sad the FED really is.
Peace and Love always.

Tonight I am joined by Sibel Edmonds from Boiling Frogs Post to discuss the Snowden/Greenwald issue, and whether a conflict of interest regarding Mr. Greenwald's new venture; will we ever get to see all of the documents Mr. Snowden gave to Mr. Greenwald, the 60 Minutes STATE propaganda piece and more.
Peace, Love, or rEVOLution!
Daniel Drezner has a fairly incredible short blog post over at Foreign Policy magazine about his experience visiting the NSA as the organization is seeking to ramp up its PR campaign about how it's not actually evil. We've already covered the 60 Minutes debacle, but in many ways this piece is just as enlightening, as he notes just how incredibly tone deaf NSA officials appear to be -- unable to understand why people are upset about what they're doing.
If you claim to love liberty continue to feed the beast by keeping your money in too big to fail bank accounts, you are no friend of liberty.
Time for a national movement to get out of the corrupt banks, try a credit union instead.
I have closed mine how about you? Or is it all just talk?
The Big Story - Snowden: NSA's Indiscriminate Spying 'COLLAPSING'
By BRADLEY BROOKS

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden wrote in a lengthy "open letter to the people of Brazil" that he's been inspired by the global debate ignited by his release of thousands of National Security Agency documents, and that the NSA's culture of indiscriminate global espionage "is collapsing."
From the article:
"Shooting kittens right in front of children is totally fine as long as you are in the North Ridgeville Police Department. According to the NRPD in Ohio, the police did nothing wrong when they discharged their weapons a few feet away from children in order to euthanize 5 kittens.
In what world would this be considered acceptable? Have police become so far detached from reality that firing a weapon several feet from children seems like an okay idea, not to mention the killing of the kittens?"

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) is threatening to keep the Senate in session by dragging out Janet Yellen’s confirmation as head of the Federal Reserve.
The noted central bank critic said Tuesday that he was prepared to force the Senate to exhaust the full 30 hours of debate on Yellen’s nomination if he did not receive a vote on his legislation to fully audit the Fed. His push comes as senators are trying to wrap up their work for the year.

Adam Kokesh and Stefan Molyneux debate the best way to advance the cause of freedom, increase human liberty and end the tyranny of the state. Political Action, Civil Disobedience, Peaceful Parenting or something else: What is the best method?
I really hope Peter runs for the Senate again and joins Rand.
