Last Line of Defense, Jury Nullification

If you don't know what it is please do some research.

Basically it means that as a member of a jury you don't have to listen to anyone. You are there not only to determine guilt or innocence but to determine if the law or punishment is Constitutional and fair. You are the last line of defense from a tyrannical government.

Three Big Obstacles to the Movement

-One, Voter fraud, via Diebold. This year it was very obvious, and, in my opinion they not only squashed us on Election Day, they squashed Ron Paul in the primaries. I think we were cheated on a massive scale. And it's not just a Third Party issue; this disadvantage is just as bad if we try to elect a GOP president in 2012--if so, the exact same thing will happen again that happened to Ron Paul this year.

Bob Barr was right... Ron Paul scattered the 3rd party vote.

Had Ron Paul endorsed Barr, and Barr alone, he would have gotten a whole 1%.

Damn, Ron Paul... you cost Barr the election.

How many of us wrote in Ron Paul?

I, like many others here couldn't bring my heart or mind to vote for Nader or Baldwin. My conscience was screaming at me that Ron Paul is the guy I really wanted. So I filled out the bubble next to "Write In" and penned "Ron Paul". I have to say that I'm very happy with my decision. I don't care about contributing to a group for wielding political power such as PAC's or whatever.
