Keeping the Revolution Alive
Posted January 31st, 2008 by Jane AitkenOn my website I have devoted a section to this cause. Right now it just has a few suggestions but I am open to more. I will also post resources that people send me. One idea I was sent today is the dissemination of this new book by Ron Paul. It isn't asking for money, just that you buy the book and then perhaps tell others or lend it to others! I plan to buy a few and hand them out to influential locals.
The Only Money Bomb That Counts!!!
Posted January 25th, 2008 by Jane AitkenHQ is requesting a $5M "boost" between now and the 5th of Feb.
Please, let this be your 'money bomb'. The money is needed NOW for advertising in the 22 or so states that will be voting on the 5th.
Don't hesitate and don't wait. Spread the word to all the Meetups and Networking sites, coalition groups, blogs, and YouTube.
I don't mean to take away from the other 6 or so moneybombs people have set up -- you can stil donate to those -- but please, give what you can NOW, time is of the essence.
Ron Paul Picks up 3 Major Endorsements
Posted January 22nd, 2008 by Jane AitkenOn the 35th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court ruling, Norma McCorvey (a.k.a. "Jane Roe," who later changed her views on abortion in the mid-90s) gave Paul her official endorsement today:
‘Veto Johnson’ endorses ‘Dr. No’ for president
Gary Johnson was governor of New Mexico from 1995 to 2003. As governor, he was a forceful advocate for limited government, gaining the nickname “Veto Johnson” for his record of vetoing hundreds of bills.

Breaking! - Frank Luntz EXPOSED!
Posted January 8th, 2008 by Jane AitkenIn this video, Chris observes some on-the-ball Paulites (that he did not know were going to be there) confront Luntz about his manipulative methods without knowing that Chris has just made an audio file with evidence of Luntz attempting to influence the 'focus' group that Chris attended on the 6th which will be posted later on his website.
This issue *IS* "mainstream" - Updated
Posted January 6th, 2008 by Jane AitkenAfter hearing Joe McQuaid from the Manchester Union Leader state that Ron Paul is certainly 'out of the mainstream' this morning on CSPAN, I sent him this video and asked him to apologize.
Let this video go viral, send to all the news outlets.
This is simply what the other dishonest candidates refuse to talk about but most of the financial gurus on TV praise RP for. I asked, if someone who is honest and wants to talk about the real problems this country faces is 'out of the mainstream' then we are in more trouble that one would think.
Ron Paul NH Sunday Hour Special - Update
Posted January 6th, 2008 by Jane AitkenNOTE: MCAM's servers crashed due to the load, but they assure us that it will be taped and played on CSPAN.
According to this article in the NYT, it sounds like the Town Hall forum that will be filmed at the Manchester public studios is the one that will be televised on CSPAN as well as local TV. I hope this is correct. I don't know what other hour there would be...MCAM is free, but does one have to buy time to get on CSPAN?
"Supporters of Mr. Paul will still be able to watch him on their television screens Sunday night. Jesse Benton, his spokesman, said the campaign is planning its own town hall special to be broadcast on Manchester, N.H. public television, C-SPAN and online. Mr. Paul is also set to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Monday."

CSpan Call-In - MUST LISTEN!
Posted January 5th, 2008 by Jane AitkenThis is a MUST LISTEN for the very intelligent self-described low income minority woman who very articulately expresses why she is for Ron Paul, and another one who is a Democrat and many more who are first timers!
The moderator is clearly impressed. Talk about FREE ADVERTISING.
Union Leader - Updated
Posted January 5th, 2008 by Jane AitkenUpdate: The editor emailed me immediately that he had fixed this error. There has been so much confusion on this, it's no wonder there are reporting mistakes being made.
There is something that needs correcting in the UL article here:
It says:
"After being "uninvited" to participate in an televised debate tonight at St. Anselm College, Paul decided to purchase an hour-long television slot that evening, because "I can afford it."
CNN on Ron Paul Situation 1/4/2008
Posted January 4th, 2008 by Jane AitkenHere is the CNN clip where Bob Barr and Richard Viguerie speak up for RP and the NH GOP is still negotiating. I will look for that one too, with Fergus being interviewed.
US Senator Sununu (R-NH) on Forum Exclusion in NH
Posted January 3rd, 2008 by Jane AitkenFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 1/2/08
SUNUNU STATEMENT ON UPCOMING NEW HAMPSHIRE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY DEBATES
WASHINGTON, DC – United States Senator John Sununu (R-NH) today (1/2) issued the following statement regarding the organization of upcoming debates in New Hampshire prior to the January 8th Presidential Primary.
“Through the years, New Hampshire presidential primary debates have provided the opportunity for voters to hear from all the major candidates. Unfortunately, ABC and FOX are using unusual participation criteria to limit who will appear on debate stages this weekend. That may serve them well, but does little to serve the electorate. Our first in the nation presidential primary has historically given Democrats and Republicans a fair shot at a free and open debate – a tradition that should continue.”
