TIME: The Ron Paul Revolution
Posted November 1st, 2007 by jronIt sometimes seems as if someone is playing a cruel practical joke on Ron Paul. He goes to a college and delivers the same speech he's given for the past 30 years of his political career, the one espousing the Austrian school of economics. Only now the audience is packed with hundreds...

MSM: We Spin, We Decide
Posted August 13th, 2007 by Michael NystromHere's Fox New's take:

Of course, there was no mention of Ron Paul, who finished a respectable 5th, with 9.1% of the vote.
But it wasn't just Fox. This article from the Washington Post lists who finished, first, second, third, fourth, and sixth. They completely skipped the fifth place finisher, Dr. Ron Paul. See for yourself, below.
What is going on here, and what is the best way we can combat this kind of media bias?
Good coverage from the MSM
Posted June 15th, 2007 by Son_Of_LibertyAlso-Ran in the GOP Polls, Ron Paul Is Huge on the Web
"On Technorati, which offers a real-time glimpse of the blogosphere, the most frequently searched term this week was "YouTube."
Then comes "Ron Paul."
The presence of the obscure Republican congressman from Texas on a list that includes terms such as "Sopranos," "Paris Hilton" and "iPhone" is a sign of the online buzz building around the long-shot Republican presidential hopeful -- even as mainstream political pundits have written him off."
Open Thread: End Run Around the MSM
Posted June 8th, 2007 by Michael NystromIt was great having the opportunity to attend debate in New Hampshire but in truth, sitting through debate itself was like torture. I wanted to hear Dr. Paul’s opinion on all of the questions, but CNN / the mainstream media (MSM) didn’t give him the chance. It was painfully clear that CNN was most interested in hearing from, and amplifying the opinions of the Rudy McRomney Trio. They put them smack dab in the middle, banishing Dr. Paul to the far right of the stage.
Dr. Paul is getting more and more coverage in the mainstream media, but it was clear from the debate that this coverage will only go so far. Yes, he can make it on the Daily Show, and Bill Maher, but when push comes to shove, the establishment will attempt to silence him by ignoring him. It is therefore imperative to find alternate avenues to get Dr. Paul’s message out.
One idea that has been discussed is having official weekly video addresses by Dr. Paul himself that would be uploaded to YouTube. Most of the unofficial videos – those produced by independent supporters – have been widely viewed and always quite popular. YouTube is extremely powerful because the videos can be embedded in any website and even in emails and viewed an infinite number of times.
