A few recent interviews that many DPers may have missed.
Way back in 2007, my brother Jake and I decided to do a radio show on Ron Paul Radio. If you've seen the movie "For Liberty" you may have seen a little bit of Ron Paul Radio. Well, our show was called "The Fire Team for Freedom: The Mike and Jake Show". It was a learning experience that introduced Jake and I to quite a few new things and new people. We ended up in Washington DC, Minneapolis and even a Presidential Debate.... And we even got to meet Ron Paul on several occasions. It was a great time!
Mr. Caryl J Boyd, one of our frequent and most ignorant trolls, has issued a challenge for Ron Paul supporters to debate him on his radio show today. If you have the time to take him up on this offer, I suggest you convince some of his listeners that Boyd is very, very misinformed. But, make sure you know what you are talking about ;) I have noticed on his Facebook page that not all of his listeners are happy about the misinformation regarding Paul.
A chipin has been started to get radio advertising for the BlackThisOut moneybomb. We only need $500-$750 to reach millions. This will be very cost effective. A thread was started at RonPaulForums here:
and the chipin is here:
Please donate what you can. The ad will be a live read by the host of Free Talk Live. A show listened to by millions of liberty minded folks. This could go along way.
Did you guys know about this site:
They have this radio about 10th amendment that runs every Wednesday at 7PM Central. I never knew about it but just found it now - might wanna check it out.

Another Shot for 'The Industry' to open for a famous band. UPDATE: Got the most votes but shot down!Submitted by richtrix on Wed, 09/28/2011 - 03:00
Thanks to everyone who voted for us, "The Industry", to open for "The Parlotones" this Friday here in Atlanta. The good news is, Thanks To You, That we got the most votes. However, their agent sent this message along today.
due to prior support bookings there aren’t any spots available.
So we will not be opening for them this Friday after all. Which is pretty lame if you ask me.
If anyone is interested here's the Agent's email address:
Let's use the media to get Congressman Paul nominated. Let's do it by using the talk radio shows but rather than starting out talking about Ron Paul (which we all know just immediately puts the talk host on the defensive where they start attacking the caller and hang up on them), let's play dumb and ask the hosts leading questions on the issues.
Here are some approaches. We can start out by saying something like this to Sean Hannity, for example:
Any chance anyone got to overhear it this morning? They were discussing how the young people love the oldest candidate but I missed most of it. Any chance anyone else caught it.
I didnt get a chance to hear it today. Anyone have a link?
Also.. why doesnt Rand make front page much???
A Midwest to Texas chain of radio stations has offered running 30 and 60 second spots for free to help promote the Rock the R3volution Tour and Ron Paul! We need five hundred bucks to do it right and get in a studio - please donate to the tour!
(Chipin has fees - John Dennis is letting us use his PAC as a bank for the Rock the r3volution Tour without the fees - money donated at that page is earmarked for the tour!)
With that we'll get a high quality 30 and 60 second ad - it will run here in Seattle on KISW, a rock station, besides the free run out in the middle of the country - and a KISW station DJ will emcee our kick off show! We'll ask other stations to use it too!
Mike Gallagher just had Herman Cain on for about 10 minutes.
Gallagher was, as always, ignoring the real issues, and just praising Cain's 9-9-9 plan.
Please Txt Mike Gallagher at 71307 and speak up for Dr.RonPaul. He goes off the air at noon EST.
You can find him on Facebook too.
And let all the Host on NewsRadio WORD know your out there..and who you support and why.

DP member "Nui" just called me this morning to let me know that the local morning talk show boobs were bashing on RP.
Nui had just called into the show and mentioned the military donations, and "Sgt. Sam" the resident "Tea Party Boob", accosted him demanding proof. Nui referred him to RP's website. I'm not sure what else Nui got in because he was heading to work and couldn't talk very long.
So I call in right after that, and tell the call screener that I want to defend Dr. Paul's foreign policy. The call screener asked what I wanted to say, and I brought up the Military donations.
Here's where it gets good.
The screener says "look, I'm a RP supporter too, and I'm having trouble finding verification of these donations."
I quickly led him to the FEC numbers as well as "politifact" which also verified the numbers.
He then made the mistake of letting me on the air.
So I get on, and tell the "Sgt. Sam" (some ex cop) Tea Party boob, that the "Military respectfully disagrees with him." and reiterated that RP received more donations than all of them combined and even more than Ohmamma"
He asked, "Oh yeah, why is that?"
If these people are so called Christians(there are true ones out there), is it o.k. to kill civilians while we take out terrorists. When was the Ten Commandments changed? If someone is trying to kill me with a gun, and I pull out a gun and accidentally shoot everyone around that person because I am a bad shot, do they just let me walk? When you kill someone in someone's family, do they appreciate the freedom you are bringing for them? Thou shalt not kill, what does that mean to these people that tote religion with their message?

It's from a few months ago but it's a good listen. Don't underestimate Stern's has a rabid following.
Today was the last straw for me on a local talk radio show in Buffalo N.Y. I call into local radio shows during my drive time between job sites, to squash propaganda and promote Ron Paul ideology. Tom Bauerle of WBEN 930 am allowed not even one sentence out after the mention of Dr. Paul and quickly changed the subject.
