I have loaded a candidate comparison to my FB pages: ronpaulforlibertydc and occupythemedia DC - as well as to some meetup groups in early primary states, though i haven't gotten to all of them since meetup has restrictions as to postings. Please friend either of the Facebook pages and download the comparison sheet. It was used at the Value Voters Summit in DC and a lot of people said it had a high impact. OR you can email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and i'll reply with the document.
Check out how Cindy of Oolitic, Indiana is utilizing the Ron Paul balloons from the campaign store.
Balloons are a great way to pull in the parents to your table...they are nearly impossible for children to resist and the sticks will save you a ton of money!
I saw a thread about the flying Ron Paul banner ad over the debate chipin idea. One thing that is really missing from THIS election cycle compared to the 07/08 election cycle is the GRASSROOTS EVENTS.
While we had many grassroot ideas that flopped pretty bad, some wasted a ton of money and others were just a blast to participate in.
What it did however was bring us together, allow the grassroots to come up with whatever wild idea it had and run with it.
The above post on RPF a bit ago got my mind working on the experiences I had at the flea market Ron Paul booth today in Charleston WV. Thanks to Larry White for setting up the event! My thoughts below, please excuse the lack of capitalization, my wrists hurt :)
Larry had set up a nice table in a good spot and I took two people down to help out. We gave out cookies and brownies and fed random dogs, and learned a lot about public interfacing.
