Introducing the Paul Mall
Posted October 15th, 2007 by Michael NystromDear Friends,
The Ron Paul for President Campaign has a very agressive fundraising goal to meet by the end of the year - $12,000,000. The goal for this month (October) is $4,000,000, but we're running well behind that total. Let me stress that I believe we can still make the $12,000,000 goal, but to do that, we're going to need to reach deep and be creative in our own personal fundraising (so we can donate more), educating non-supporters in who Ron Paul is, what he stands for, and why they should support him and donate to the campaign.
I have already maxed out my personal campaign contribution of $2,300. Next I'm starting work on maxing out my wife's contribution limit (with her consent, of course!)!
I started the Paul Mall to make a single, one stop shop for Ron Paul related items that entrepreneurs around the country would like to advertise. This is a win-win-win situation: Entrepreneurs can easily make their products/services/websites known to Ron Paul supporters. These products will help increase the Ron Paul support base. I'll pull in more revenue that I can donate to the campaign. All revenue that I make, up to my remaining limit, will be contributed to the campaign.
Texas Resources Redirect
Posted October 15th, 2007 by Michael NystromJames F. Robinson, head of the Texas #409 Meetup Group sent me the following note. I agree with his logic. Comments are appreciated.

I head up a meetup group in Texas (#409). I am redirecting our efforts from voter education more toward fundraising for the reason that by the time Texas holds its primary, March 4, the winner of the race will have been decided. Educating voters here will have no effect on the ultimate outcome; raising monies that can be applied to the campaign in the states that hold earlier primaries will.
I suggest this message be posted on your site.
Regards,
James
