Ron Paul speaking Spanish
Submitted by Marek Hirsch on Wed, 09/21/2011 - 08:21A friend of mine attended UMiami and saw Ron Paul debate there in 2007. Apparently he speaks fluent Spanish, while most other candidates don't. It would be awesome if a hispanic RP supporter submitted a youtube question for tomorrow's debate, then at the end said "bonus points if the candidates answer in Spanish."

Remember, Rick Perry is trying to make a splash this week! We need all hands on deck here!
SUPPORT RON PAUL at the events available this week (H/T to Scott Olver) Thursday, 9/22 to Saturday, 9/24.

Congressman Paul has received more campaign contributions from active military than the rest of you combined. What do you know that so many of our troops serving abroad just don't get?

Help a fellow DP'er (and member of the militray) get his question asked at the Fox Debate!

This is a hot topic over at the 2012 forum, but I do not see it here. Benji, a fellow DP'er and reservist, has submitted an AWESOME question for the Fox Debate. The Fox/YouTube question site says they will decide which video questions to play for the candidates based upon number of votes.
Vote for Ron Paul-Centered Video, please
Submitted by jacobbeasley on Tue, 09/20/2011 - 16:43http://yt-debates.appspot.com/question/5436712 - Can you go vote for this for me? It is a debate question for the upcoming FOX debate that plays to Ron Paul's strength - the roll of government in financing debt.
Thanks!
Jake
A DP member of the military submited this question for the debate, Let's vote it up and make headlines!

Unfortunately there is no way to provide a direct URL to my video.
However, it's not too difficult to find!!

Drudge should host a debate!!
Submitted by emptyeternity on Mon, 09/19/2011 - 14:27So how do we get the attention of Drudge?
Should we all submit this thread to his news story submit form?
Should we tweet this all around?
I think Drudge would have a fair and honest debate, probably better than any so far barring Jim Demint's forum (did he decide a winner yet?)
BUMP and rate this up BECAUSE we need the American People to have a fair view of the candidates.
Mudslinging for the good doctor!
Submitted by clackforronpaul on Sun, 09/18/2011 - 23:26Two videos made for some classic mudslinging at the other candidates
Please "like" all the videos on that channel if you want more.

Reaction to Ron Paul shows some Americans are exceptionally stupid
Submitted by TKRooster on Sun, 09/18/2011 - 11:38"Among my least favorite clichés is that one about “speaking truth to power.” It’s easy to speak truth to powerful people. There aren’t many of them and they don’t care what you say.
"What really takes nerve is to speak truth to knuckleheads. There are tens of millions of them. And they get to vote.
"That is the charm of Ron Paul. I think I can say, without fear of contradiction, that no politician in recent history has irritated so many knuckleheads in so few words..." (Mulshine, http://blog.nj.com/njv_paul_mulshine/2011/09/reaction_to_ron...).
MWC News: "We have met the enemy, and he is us."
Submitted by phojes on Sat, 09/17/2011 - 14:43Some of us were brought into political adulthood reading Walt Kelly’s masterful creation, Pogo, the lovable character living in the Okefenokee Swamp of Georgia. From dialogue used in that comic strip, many were the quotes that attained temporary or even permanent fame, but one topped them all: “We have met the enemy and he is us.” And Kelly’s reference point was not only the environment but his belief that we are… all of us, responsible for our myriad pollution: public, private and political.
"Give me liberty or give me death"
Submitted by Leo Rizon on Fri, 09/16/2011 - 11:21"Give me liberty or give me death" is the state motto of Gov. Romney's state of New Hampshire, adopted 1945. Do you think Dr. Paul should remind Gov. Romney of this when the "let him die" topic comes up again? There's a reason for that state motto and it's not just because it's a catchy pop tune!!
