"Saturday Night Live" combined Sarah Palin and the disaster movie "2012" last night to imagine a world in which Palin had won the presidency. They used footage from the '08 race and Palin's recent publicity blitz along with the trailer for the John Cusack post-apocalyptic action film to create a harrowing end-times scenario in which Glenn Beck is one step away from becoming her running-mate as a vice-president.

The University of Virginia has announced it will put together an oral history of George Bush's presidency. It will work together with the George Bush Foundation and is planning around a hundred interviews with leading members of his administration. Thom Hartmann, a U.S. radio host and author, says the attempt is to revise Bush's record which was - in his words - a disaster for America.

Marks significant shift from the attitudes of the past decade

PRINCETON, NJ -- More Americans now say it is not the federal government's responsibility to make sure all Americans have healthcare coverage (50%) than say it is (47%). This is a first since Gallup began tracking this question, and a significant shift from as recently as three years ago, when two-thirds said ensuring healthcare coverage was the government's responsibility.

Recently on CSPAN, I watched you tell the world that the projected cost of the Affordable Health Care for America Act will be, after ten years, better than free. You said it will actually save us $100 billion and give everyone in the nation affordable health care. I’m not concerned with what kind of analysis was used to arrive at these conclusions.

it's now in the walk & babble stage. Your comments. I'll leave this up for you to respond to, not that I have nothing to say, except that I believe it was a good idea they were created b/c it kept all the RP supporters together, it served as a conduit, channel. I don't think their website mentions this 1 nearly as much as this 1 mentions theirs. I was surprised that the leftover RP donations were used to start it.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) took another swipe at Glenn Beck on Sunday, this time during an appearance on the Fox News host's own network.

The South Carolina Republican said he didn't think that the temperamental star -- who has used his 5 P.M. perch at Fox to routinely vilify members of the Obama administration as corrupt, closeted Communists -- was necessarily bad for the country. But Graham didn't mince words or, for that matter, duck the question when he was asked why he said Beck was "aligned with cynicism" at a conference earlier in the week.

For years, this is the first that it appears the US Government is being put on the side of the American people like Sarah Palin always mentioned that she would do, if elected Vice-President. And thanks to the Obama Administration for a friendly environment.
But the Mobbing Extremists and Racists like Glennn and his arrogant colleagues at Fax or Fox News hate that so they can always have full control of your lifestyles. If not, most people at liberty won't pay attention to them. And, without any doubt, they are seeking as much attention as they can get to make them feel important.
